From the Future of the Workforce to the Development of Our Youth
For years, my work through STEM and The Future of the Workforce has focused on understanding how technology, innovation, and education shape tomorrow’s leaders.

But lately, I’ve been drawn to something even more foundational — the early years.
The truth is, the skills that define future success — creativity, resilience, teamwork, and problem-solving — start long before a young person ever chooses a career path. They begin in childhood, through movement, play, and multi-sport experiences that help children build confidence, coordination, and curiosity.
That’s why I’m now focusing my energy on Youth Development — exploring how multi-sports and enrichment programs can shape not just healthier kids, but stronger minds and future-ready adults.
I’ll be sharing stories, insights, and conversations with educators, coaches, and child development experts who are helping to redefine what it means to prepare for the future — starting with our youngest learners.
Join me as we build the bridge from early development to lifelong success.
